Another use of fluorescent highlighting. They have an anime character so I made em' nice and bright. These guys look great in a big group.

If yer wondering why I don't paint my bases or flock them with greenery its because I play on a variety of surfaces, both urban and rural. I'd rather look at a neutral black base than a base that is completely incongruous with it's surroundings.
